Delete Your Account

You can delete your amplian account and its data at any time.

In the app (recommended)

1. Open amplian and go to Me → Settings → Account Security → Delete account.
2. Enter your email and password, then confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out. Data held by our service provider Tuya is permanently removed within 7 days.

Without the app

If you can no longer use the app:

1. Email deletion@novabrige.com from the email address you registered with, with the subject Delete my amplian account.
2. We will reply with a verification code. Reply to that email with the code to confirm the request.
3. We will delete your account within 30 days of your confirmation and let you know by email.

What is deleted

• Your account: email, password, nickname and preferences.
• Your device schedules.
• The security information recorded at sign-up.
• Your gardens, device bindings, sensor history and other data held by our service provider Tuya. Tuya permanently removes this data within 7 days of the deletion; after that your devices can be set up again by anyone.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
