Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the amplian app ("the app") provided by NOVA BRIDGE TRADING LIMITED ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the app.
Your account
Keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at support@novabrige.com if you believe someone else has accessed it.
Devices and safety
- The app is a convenience tool for setting up, monitoring and scheduling your devices. Install, operate and maintain your devices according to their manuals and all applicable safety rules.
- Heaters and humidifiers can cause fire, injury or property damage if they are installed or used incorrectly. Do not rely on the app as your only means of keeping your space safe; never leave devices running in conditions their manuals warn against.
- Device control and schedules depend on your devices, your network and third-party cloud services. Commands, readings and schedules may be delayed, interrupted or fail to run.
Acceptable use
Use the app only for lawful purposes and only with devices you are entitled to control. Do not attempt to access other users' accounts or devices, interfere with the service, or reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it.
Third-party services
Device connectivity is provided by our service provider Tuya. Your use of devices through the app may also be subject to Tuya's terms.
Changes and availability
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the app at any time. We do not guarantee that the app will be available without interruption.
Ending your use
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time (see Delete your account). We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of crops, data or property, arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update the effective date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
